Referee Reports

All referees that handle the GMSL games need to file their reports on the BC Soccer discipline site and they must report ALL cards.
If there is a Red Card issued, the referee is to pull the ID Card and mail the ID Card to Mr. Chris Appleby at 2881 Wembley Place North Vancouver, BC., V7J 3C1. Two exceptions are as follows:
1) In games involving teams from from Vancouver Island the ID Card is not to be removed by the Referee and it will be the responsibility of the Team Coach or Manager to deliver to their respective District Chair (or appointed delegate) within 48 hours of the incident occurring and that District Chair or appointee advising Mr. Appleby of its receipt by email.
2) If a Lower Mainland team visiting the Vancouver Island has a Red Card issued the ID Card is not to be removed by the Referee and it will be the responsibility of the Team Coach or Manager to deliver to their respective District Chair (or appointed delegate) within 48 hours of the incident occurring and that District Chair or appointee advising Mr. Appleby of its receipt by email.
Chris Appleby then will contact the district reps involved and advise when and where the discipline hearing will be held and the player and their adult representative will attend.
