BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
The Board of the KYSA is made up of parent volunteers who receive no remuneration for their services.
Board members are elected at the AGM held annually in the month of November.
Usually a member of the Board is elected for a term of two years.
The Board meets on the second Monday of each month, though this may change at the discretion of the president.
