KYSA NEWSLETTER
The Kamloops Youth Soccer Association publishes a bi-monthly newsletter called "Soccer Shorts".
The newsletter is mailed directly to every coach and manager registered with the Association and to anyone
involved in the soccer community who wishes to receive a copy. There is no charge to be placed on the mailing
list and editions are mailed complimentary.
The newsletter is a vehicle through which the Association's sponsors are given recognition. However, the Association
also sells advertising in the publication at a nominal fee. KYSA can also include a one-page 8.5" x 11" flyer in the
mailing envelope, should a company wish to reach the approximately 500 readers on the mailing list.
The Association sells ads in a 2" wide x 3.3" high format. The cost to insert an ad is $100 per edition.
If an advertiser wishes to commit to six yearly editions ($500), an ad in the 6th edition is complimentary.
Camera-ready art work is the responsibility of the advertiser.
An ad size of 2" wide x 10" high is also available to advertisers at a cost of $250 per edition.
The KYSA Soccer Shorts newsletter is produced using Quark Xpress 8.1 desktop publishing program and all ad
submissions must be importable in that program.
