KAMLOOPS YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION

KYSA is a volunteer organization that is dedicated to offering youth in Kamloops a positive, fun soccer
environment at the recreational and competitive levels with coaches who are dedicated to the players
and their development while at the same time promoting sportsmanship and fellowship amongst all its members.

Registration for the 2012 U-11 Boys & Girls Spring Development Program are now being accepted.
Please visit the "U-11 Spring Development" in the side menu!

Registration for the 2012 Spring Jr. DDC for boys and girls in the U-7, U-8, U-9 and U-10 age groups
are now being accepted. Please visit the "Spring Jr. DDC" in the side menu.

Registration for two Small-Sided Referee Clinics being held in March, 2012 are now being accepted.
Please visit the "Referees" in the side menu > Small Sided Clinics.
2012 SOCCER REGISTRATION!
Registration for the coming soccer season is underway.
Players must be registered by
February 1
, 2012 to be
guaranteed a place on a KYSA team.
Please note: A
$25 late fee is added to all fees after
February 1st
.

WAYS TO REGISTER!
1.
ON-LINE:
Please click the link below to be directed to the registration portal.
You will find three choices: House Registration, Rep Registration or Team Official Registration.
Please be sure to register your child in the appropriate category.
You can pay the required fees by credit card or be invoiced for the amount. When you reach the payment option, and
you are wanting to pay by credit card, click the Pay Pal button, even if you do not have to have a Pay Pal account.
You should then have payment options appear.
If you are registering three or more children from the same family, please go to the
'FAMILY REGISTRATION' link at the top of the registration form (either 'House' or 'Rep') ~
YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A $50 DISCOUNT ON THE TOTAL COST!
Coaches, assistant coaches and team managers can also register for the 2012 season on-line
without payment of fee, of course.
Parents of Rep players please note: You can only register on-line if you are paying the full fee
($475.00)

If you have already paid a deposit, please remit the balance through the KYSA office
(inquiries to Carolyn Birch, please).

MANUAL:
Parents can register their child(ren) by downloading and completing the registration form
below and delivering it in person to the KYSA office or by mailing or faxing the form.
The "mini-soccer" (U-5 to U-10) registration fee is $165.00 per player
The "youth" (U-11 to U-18) registration fee is $185.00 per player.
Family discounts are available.
The downloadable form has pertinent details regarding age groupings and play days, etc., on page 2!
